Appointments

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment, please call us at 360.568.2686. Depending on the provider, new appointments are available within 1-2 weeks.  Provider hours and class times vary.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most types of insurances and credit cards. However, being contracted with a particular insurance company does not ensure that your insurance covers all of the services we offer at Snohomish Naturopathic Clinic. Please contact your insurance by calling the customer care number on the back of your card to find out your level of coverage at our clinic. We don't routinely call insurance companies for each patient, as we find that it is a much more empowering and informative experience for patients to contact their insurance carriers directly. Click on the link below to find a list of questions you may want to ask when you call:

We bill under Tax ID: 91-2098081. We offer a discounted rate for payment on the day of service for patients not using insurance.  If you need to cancel your appointment due to lack of coverage, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may fill your spot with someone from our wait list.  If you have any questions about procedure codes that we typically use, feel free to call us.

What do I bring to my first appointment?

Once you make your appointment, please read, fill out and sign all of the paperwork listed below and bring it with you to your first office visit. To download these documents, click on the following links:

If you have seen any other doctor(s) in the past year, please bring all blood test results, x-rays, or other reports/notes that are available. This will help us to provide you with the best care possible.

Please make sure to bring ALL of your medication bottles (including herbal, vitamin, and/or mineral supplements), or a complete list of your medications WITH DOSAGES. This is very important for us to avoid drug or supplement interactions.

Did you know common complaints such as a rash, achy joints or fatigue can be caused by adverse reactions to food?  Snohomish Naturopathic Clinic offers food allergy testing through US Biotek.  Imperceptible reactions to common foods (such as wheat, dairy or eggs) can intensify your body's reaction to seasonal allergens.
